LMS-CSA uses different methods and research techniques for varied targets and audiences.
As part of this methodology, the following is usually used :
- Desk research,
- Quantitative techniques (F2F and telephone interviews, diaries , grids )
- Qualitative techniques (semi structured interviews, in-depth interviews, focus groups, brainstorming and creativity meetings)
- Observation techniques (ethnographic observations, in-store checks, mystery shopping).
