HUMAN RESOURCES

Our operational staff are organized around three types of skills: Project Management, Fieldwork and Data Processing.

Project Management including client interface is provided by directors and project managers specialized in marketing, by statisticians, sociologists or social psychologists.

To carry out fieldwork, LMS - CSA has a team of motivated and loyal supervisors, team leaders, interviewers and competent recruiters (high school diploma +2 years minimum) who are well trained in techniques of quantitative and /or qualitative interviews. The staff regularly gets a briefing and a training session at the start of each study under the supervision of the project manager and the field manager.

As for Data Processing, LMS-CSA has a staff specifically dedicated to encoding, scripting, data entry and data processing.
